Study Aids and Exam Prep: About this Guide

Use this research guide to learn about and access study guides, both in print and online, to help you study for exams, as well as to provide general guidance in your understanding of legal concepts. They're arranged by class at the tab level. Each tab contains aids broken down by type.

Note that your primary source of information in preparing for finals should be your casebook and your notes from class lectures. Further, if your professor recommends a particular study aid, consult that one before any others. That said, try out different study aids and see what suits your method of studying best; what may work for others may not work for you. Be flexible. 

We are  available to answer questions! You can visit us at the Research Desk during our regular hours, or we can schedule a time to meet one-on-one in-person or over Zoom.

• Presents a collection of user-friendly student treatises to gauge an understanding of major topics of the law.
